SNAPPY Auction of Promises:
Congratulations to Sue Clayton who ran the SNAPPY auction of promises during April. Huge thanks to everyone involved, those who donated the fantastic prizes, those who bid on them and of course Sue Clayton who organised and arranged the whole thing. You are a star!
The Good EGGS at the Forest of Galtrees Golf Club:
The Forest of Galtrees Golf Club Senior Section also known as the EGGS (Elderly Gents Golf Section) helped to raise £400 from their charity game of golf! Well done to all of those involved!
Charity Disco Night And Auction:
A big thank you to everyone involved in the charity night at Escrick and Deighton Working Men's Club. Everyone had a great night and the event helped to raise £800 which is a fantastic amount. THANK YOU!
Bank of America Revamp Our Playground:
Staff from BY Mellon worked tirelessly for a full day makover of our playground. We now have a seaside theme on one wall, an outer space theme on another wall, a newly painted shed and a revamped sensory garden. The playground has never looked better!
Thanks also goes to: MKM Buildin Supplies in York, Stillingfleet Lodge Nurseries, Brambledown in Wetherby, Homebase in Hull, Seagulls Reuse in Leeds and of course everyone at BNY Mellon.
Yorkshire Day - Haxby Summer Fair:
A huge thank you to parent and trustee Sue Clayton who raised over £200 for SNAPPY this weekend with a Yorkshire day quiz and childrens card design competition. Sue is donating the money to a new crocodile suit for all of the children at SNAPPY to enjoy!
